Caroline and Craig founded The Mill School, a non-profit child care center, in Woodstock, Vermont after they suddenly lost care for their children. Opening the center was a challenging but rewarding experience. They quickly realized that they had the perfect skillsets to manage the business side of the center. They also realized that a lot of child care professionals don’t have the financial skills needed to properly manage their child care centers. And so, Sprout Consulting Services was born. We are here to help you manage the financial aspects of your child care center so you can focus on what you love — running your center and caring for children.

Caroline holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College, and Craig holds a B.S. in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University. Collectively, Caroline and Craig have started and sold multiple successful businesses in the food industry. They know what it takes to start a business from scratch, and they know how to manage businesses to ensure profitability.
